At Passara, every pair is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packed before it reaches you. As many of our products involve handcrafted detailing and are produced in limited quantities, we kindly request that you review our policy before placing an order.

Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.

Each Passara pair is made with attention to detail and often involves handcrafted elements, making it difficult for us to resell returned products.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details and refer to our Size Guide before placing an order.

For sizing assistance, feel free to WhatsApp us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

To be eligible for an exchange:

•The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

•The footwear must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

•All tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

•The customer must courier the product back to our Ahmedabad address.

•Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

•Once we receive and inspect the footwear, the exchanged size will be dispatched.

•Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for exchange:

•Customized or personalized orders

•Products purchased during clearance or special sale events

•Products showing signs of wear, damage, or use

•Products returned without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs.

After reviewing the issue, our team will assist you with a replacement or suitable resolution.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If a cancellation request is approved within the permitted timeframe, the prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
