Welcome to Passara. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Orders & Payments

At Passara, we currently accept prepaid orders only.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as every order is carefully processed, packed, and dispatched specially for you. Prepaid orders help us ensure smoother operations, secure transactions, and faster processing.

Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping & Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days from the date of purchase.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and pincode. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We ship across India and also accept international orders.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds on any orders.

However, we do offer size exchanges subject to availability.

If you wish to exchange your pair:

•The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

•The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

•Customers are required to courier the product back to our provided return address.

•Once we receive and inspect the product, the exchanged size will be shipped to you.

•Please note that return shipping charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

Product Details

We try our best to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photography.

Since many of our products involve handcrafted detailing and artisan work, minor irregularities are natural and part of the product’s uniqueness.

If you are between sizes or unsure, we suggest opting for the bigger size for a more comfortable fit.
