At Passara, every order is carefully packed and dispatched with attention to detail. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days from the date of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and pincode. Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, though remote locations may take longer.

Please note that delivery timelines provided by courier partners are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.

Payment Policy

Passara currently accepts prepaid orders only.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). This helps us ensure secure transactions, efficient order processing, and a smoother shopping experience for our customers.

Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Passara will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.

If you experience any issues tracking your package, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Delivery Responsibility

The responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided shipping address.

If someone else receives the package on your behalf at the delivery address, it will be considered successfully delivered.

Shipping Restrictions

•We currently do not offer international shipping.

•We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

•Orders are shipped only within India.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the issue.

Our team will review the request and assist you accordingly.
